Some people think they've already experienced AI because they asked a chatbot a question. Got a summary. Maybe drafted an email. That's not the real shift. That's a preview. The real change happens when AI stops talking about work and starts participating in it — inside the files, meetings, conversations, and documents where work already lives. Microsoft's Copilot Cowork is worth paying attention to. Rob and Justin unpack why in the latest Raw Data episode. 🎙️ https://p3ada.pt/cowork

Exploring the future of customer experience with Microsoft today. We discussed how to turn customer service from a cost center into a strategic asset, especially inspiring and topical I think. Here are three takeaways from today’s session: 🍏Define the problem first. Don't let the technology lead your strategy. 🥦Check you foundations. Data and integrations are often the hidden hurdles in AI projects. 🍒Proof of Concepts are not the same as ROI. Long-term value starts from your core business strategy and the specific metrics you need to move. Great session led by Futurice Anna Kholina and Olli Kilpeläinen

🌟 Starting the day with a Futurice and Microsoft AI Lab on the topic of Renewing customer service with data and AI Our lab explores the topic of customer service through three steps: ✅ Uses of GenAI beyond the hype in customer service context ✅ What to prioritise, what to validate or pilot, how to choose the right metrics to evaluate the success ✅ How to move from experimentation to results that drive business impact Thank you Antti Koikkalainen and Matias Korkeamäki from Microsoft! Kudos for our host Anna Kholina for creating a great event for all of our guests! Also thanks to the rest of the Futurice team Yuexin (Yoshi) Du, Yuxin Chen, Ashwin Kumar and Aleksi Rossi!

A lot of conversations around AI eventually get onto the same question: "What can we automate? Who can we replace?" Lewis thinks that's the wrong starting point entirely. Instead of looking at where to cut, we've been asking where we can multiply. Give your team better tools, faster workflows, sharper thinking, and suddenly you're unlocking new capacities that weren't there before. Case in point: a Microsoft invoicing process that used to eat up hours every month. We built a small AI-powered app to handle reconciliation. Now it runs weekly instead of monthly, catches discrepancies faster, and has already given our team time back to do more proactive work. AI works best when it makes your people better, not when it makes them redundant. Watch the full video on YouTube to hear Lewis break it down. Link in the comments.

I’m still processing everything from yesterday’s Microsoft AI Tour. Being in the room for the Frontier presentation really brought home how fast the landscape is evolving. We aren’t just talking about Copilot anymore; we’re talking about a fundamental shift in how businesses operate. The "Frontier" vision of an agent-led organization feels closer than ever. Favourite part: Seeing the real-world use cases of "Frontier Firms" that are already seeing ROI by connecting their data (Fabric) with the next generation of AI models. Great to see so many familiar faces and meet new ones. If we didn't get a chance to chat, let's connect! #MicrosoftAITour #Paris #FrontierAI #FutureOfWork

Everyone's talking about AI agents. But most people are still treating them like fancy chatbots. As someone building with LangGraph and multi-agent orchestration daily — the real power is when agents reason, act, and self-correct without you babysitting them. That's what got me into this space. Currently cooking something with Google's ecosystem. 🔥 Dropping shortly. 👀 The gap between idea -> working intelligent system has never been smaller. And honestly? We're just getting started. #AgenticAI #LLMs #BuildInPublic
