If you checked 2 or more of these, your site needs attention now — not next quarter. We audit Drupal sites in 48 hours. Free. No pitch. Drupal.org–GitLab role sync is now fully bidirectional 🔄 TDT covers the update, including: • Direct mapping of permissions → roles • GitLab changes reflecting back to Drupal.org • Fix for missing webhook sync gap Useful for maintainers managing access across platforms. Excited to share SSO Connector for Drupal. SSO Connector provides a solid Single Sign-On foundation for multi-site Drupal environments using an IdP/SP architecture, so users can authenticate once and move securely across connected sites. What it brings: Clear IdP / SP role model End-to-end browser SSO flow (login, return path, token return, logout) Secure JWT handling with configurable expiration Hardened token endpoint with API key and optional IP restrictions No dependency on shared cross-domain cookies Optional user synchronization with controlled profile field policies Strong redirect safety and flow validation Drupal 10/11 ready architecture Project page: https://lnkd.in/e7ZEcE-c I am also planning extra modules and actively continuing development on them (OAuth, sync, permissions, social login, autologout, cookie-related capabilities) as part of the broader SSO bundle. Feedback and collaboration are very welcome. #Drupal #OpenSource #SSO #Identity #PHP

For this post I am going to share a blog from HeroDevs, topic Drupal 7 Vulnerability. Drupal 7 is a popular content management system was released in 2011. The topic of this blog is Drupal 7 Vulnerability (CVE-2026-6816), is a Broken Access Control error. Broken Access Control error occurs when an application fails to properly enforce restrictions on what authenticated users are allowed to do, enabling attackers to access unauthorized functionality, data, or resources. It often stems from inadequate validation of user permissions, allowing someone to bypass intended security boundaries and perform actions beyond their assigned role, link below to a blog with more information. #Drupal #Drupal7 #HeroDevs #Drupal7NeverEndingSupport #Drupal7EndofLife #DrupalContentManagementSystem #OpenSourceWebContentManagementSystem #DrupalModule #Drupal7Vulnerability #ProtectedPagesModule #DrupalProtectedPagesModule #DrupalSecurity https://lnkd.in/eCYRjEBs

Drupal developers when someone asks "Can't we just use WordPress instead?" 🥲 There's a certain kind of pain only Drupal people understand. The modules. The permissions. The "why is this node doing THAT." But also - the power. The flexibility. The "we built something no other CMS could handle." That's exactly why I love working with Drupal teams. You're not looking for shortcuts. You're building something serious. And serious businesses deserve serious technology partners. 💪 Are you on Drupal 7 still… or have you made the jump to D10? 💻 DDEV vs XAMPP/LAMP for Drupal Development While working on Drupal projects, I explored both XAMPP/LAMP and DDEV for local setup. 👉 XAMPP/LAMP is simple and good for beginners, but managing PHP versions and fixing environment issues can take time. 👉 DDEV, on the other hand, uses Docker to create a consistent and clean development environment. It makes project setup faster and avoids system-specific issues. 💡 My Learning: For modern Drupal (Drupal 9/10, Opigno), DDEV is a better choice as it saves time and provides stability. Still exploring more on DDEV and improving my development workflow step by step. #Drupal #DDEV #WebDevelopment #LearningJourney #Docker
