As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on a year full of growth, milestones, and meaningful connections. This year was especially memorable: 🌟 In March, I celebrated two years in People Experience at VitalEdge Technologies and was promoted to a Senior Director. 🌟 In June, I was honored to be named one of Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, recognizing leadership and community impact. Looking back, two principles from early in my career continue to guide me. First, I make it a point to raise my hand and say, “I want that opportunity.” Second, I always ask myself, “How can I do this better next time?” — constantly seeking growth and improvement. Beyond professional milestones, I’m deeply grateful for the chance to give back. Volunteering with organizations like Raleigh Metro Society for Human Resource Management (RMSHRM), Activate Good, Youth Ambassadors of Service, and Note in the Pocket has been a continual source of inspiration.
