Being a filmmaker taught me something business never could: You don’t always get perfect conditions. You deliver anyway. Tight schedules. Limited resources. Last-minute changes. That’s not chaos, that’s the job. Filmmaking is project management, leadership, and problem-solving wrapped inside storytelling. And that mindset applies far beyond the set. #FilmmakerLife #CreativeLeadership #Entrepreneurship #MediaProduction

What does it truly take to find your voice as a global filmmaker? Entrepreneurship doesn't just teach you how to make money, it teaches you a lot about yourself. It tests your limits and teaches resilience, focus, and relationship management. One of the reasons I had to step back from acting in Nigeria was because everyone wanted to take advantage. I decided to make money and fund my projects to give people the platform others weren't. I'm grateful that that little girl's dream is coming to pass and hoping it inspires others. Purpose changes when you stop building for someone else. When Aleksandra Simanovsky was asked to sum up her journey in one word, the answer came quickly. Purpose. Not the kind handed down by a corporate mission statement, but the kind that comes from building something that reflects your own values. The shift from serving an organization to being driven from the inside reshaped how she works and why the work matters. For founders, that internal purpose often becomes the real fuel. It's what keeps you moving when titles disappear and outcomes are uncertain. 👉 Listen to the full episode: https://smpl.is/ag9y9 #OrangeWIP #HelloChaos #FounderStory #Entrepreneur

There is a moment when you realize your opinion finally matters. Aleksandra Simanovsky described her first real taste of entrepreneurship when she moved from a massive institution to a brand new organization. Inside a big machine, momentum is slow and direction is set long before you arrive. In a smaller, growing company, your thinking shapes the foundation. Your voice changes the outcome. That shift is often what pulls founders out of corporate life. Not ego. Impact. The desire to build something where your decisions actually move the work forward. 👉 Listen to the full episode: https://smpl.is/ag9y1 #OrangeWIP #HelloChaos #FounderStory #Entrepreneur

At some point, founders have to decide what their role actually is. David Sauers is clear about where he adds the most value. Not fixing emails. Not staying in the weeds. His job is to run the company, expand it, and protect the business from decisions that feel good in the moment but hurt long term growth. That shift from operator to leader is uncomfortable, but it's necessary if the business is going to scale. If you're still doing everything yourself, this is the reminder to step back and ask what your business really needs from you. 👉 Listen to the full episode: https://smpl.is/agi5f #OrangeWIP #HelloChaos #FounderStory #Entrepreneur

What you enjoy doing isn't always what your business needs. David Sauers calls out one of the biggest traps founders fall into. Building a job instead of building a company. Growth requires doing things that feel inconvenient, uncomfortable, and sometimes boring in the short term so the business can actually work in the long run. The moment you stop asking what you like and start asking what the business needs is when things begin to change. If you feel buried in the day to day, this one hits close to home. 👉 Listen to the full episode: https://smpl.is/agi5e #OrangeWIP #HelloChaos #FounderStory #Entrepreneur

Corporate life teaches you to show up as the brand, not as yourself. Aleksandra Simanovsky shared an a-ha moment many entrepreneurs recognize only after they leave. Years of relationships and credibility are tied to a company name, not an individual one. It works while you are inside the system. Once you step out, that identity fades faster than expected. Building a personal brand alongside the company you work for is not self promotion. It's preparation. And it gives founders something solid to stand on when the logo disappears. 👉 Listen to the full episode: https://smpl.is/ag9x5 #OrangeWIP #HelloChaos #FounderStory #Entrepreneur
