Today marks an incredible milestone for us at Vestwell. I’m proud to announce our $385 million Series E funding round—doubling Vestwell’s valuation and bringing our total capital raised to $660 million. Endless thank you's to Blue Owl Capital, Sixth Street, Neuberger Berman, SLW, Morgan Stanley, Franklin Templeton, TIAA, and HarbourVest Partners for the support in this round, as well as all of our investors who have supported us through the journey to get here. But, this isn’t just about funding. It’s about fixing something that’s fundamentally broken. The U.S. savings system was never built to work at national scale. It’s fragmented across providers, products, and distribution channels — layered on outdated infrastructure that leaves too many people behind. The result is a $50 trillion savings gap and millions of Americans without access to the tools they need to build real financial security. We started Vestwell to change that.
