Before I make any decision, I do my best to consult wise counsel. Not with people who think like me or come from the same background, but with those who can offer a new way of seeing things. Different perspectives sharpen decision-making and expand understanding. Over time, I've learned that when I rely only on my own tunnel vision, I limit what's possible. But when I open the door to diverse voices, the outcome is stronger, more thoughtful, and more inclusive! That's a principle I carry into every part of my leadership: listening first, learning always. Watch my full conversation on the UNCAGED podcast here: https://lnkd.in/eEVA2SiG
