N26 has blocked my account without warning me or anything. I discovered it when I needed it most. The account where I have all my money. There's no way to contact them, no functioning communication channel. It's all my savings. I've been anxious for days and having severe attacks at night. I don't know what else to do. Unlock my account, answer my complaints! I don't have family or anything; I only depend on myself and that money! This situation is abusive and it's killing me!!!.

N26 N26 retiene mis fondos desde hace 52 días y sigue sin darme una solución El 17 de enero, N26 decidió bloquear y cerrar mi cuenta de manera unilateral, sin previo aviso ni justificación clara. Desde entonces, mis fondos siguen retenidos, afectando mis pagos y compromisos financieros. He enviado la documentación que me solicitaron tres veces, pero el soporte solo responde con mensajes genéricos, afirmando que "no pueden darme información". No existe un canal de contacto directo ni una vía clara para resolver la situación. Después de 52 días sin acceso a mi dinero, me pregunto: ¿Es esta la transparencia y seguridad que un banco digital debería ofrecer? Comparto mi experiencia para alertar a otros usuarios y para buscar posibles soluciones. I would like to join but my application gets rejected. The certain legal restrictions are mentioned but none explained for which ones I don’t qualify. Firstly it was rejected during the handing in the application, secondly it was rejected when I was contacting the support. Why I am discriminated?

Already 2 Weeks now that my Account got closed/frozen. All Details provided. Now I just wait for.. starving and going in debt I guess? Further more my depot got zeroed. No history on that. Like it just got vanished. Support is as you already guessed - vanished... that makes me despair, right timing for christmas :-)
