N26 claims to be the future of banking, but in reality, they’ve stolen from me and refused to provide any resolution. After closing my account unexpectedly in July 2024, they withheld €3,332.10 of MY MONEY. Despite countless attempts to resolve this (Case Numbers: 66833355, 63304333, 65864067, 67869064, 67869373), they’ve ignored me and caused immense financial and emotional stress. I had to send a formal complaint via tracked post just to prove my communication. Where is the transparency and fairness you promote? Stop hiding behind excuses and give me the remaining balance I rightfully own!
