N26 retiene mis fondos desde hace 52 días y sigue sin darme una solución El 17 de enero, N26 decidió bloquear y cerrar mi cuenta de manera unilateral, sin previo aviso ni justificación clara. Desde entonces, mis fondos siguen retenidos, afectando mis pagos y compromisos financieros. He enviado la documentación que me solicitaron tres veces, pero el soporte solo responde con mensajes genéricos, afirmando que "no pueden darme información". No existe un canal de contacto directo ni una vía clara para resolver la situación. Después de 52 días sin acceso a mi dinero, me pregunto: ¿Es esta la transparencia y seguridad que un banco digital debería ofrecer? I have been waiting for almost a month to access my own funds after my account was permanently blocked. Despite submitting all required documents 20 days ago, I have received NO updates. Your lack of communication and transparency has left me in a critical financial situation while abroad. This is unacceptable! I demand an urgent response and resolution—this delay is beyond reasonable for a financial institution. Please escalate my case immediately!
N26 has blocked my account without warning me or anything. I discovered it when I needed it most. The account where I have all my money. There's no way to contact them, no functioning communication channel. It's all my savings. I've been anxious for days and having severe attacks at night. I don't know what else to do. Unlock my account, answer my complaints! I don't have family or anything; I only depend on myself and that money! This situation is abusive and it's killing me!!!.
I'm unable to access my phone number and account. When I contact support through the chat on site, they say they've responded in the app, which I can't get into because I lack access to the phone number😲 Then, I write about that situation in the chat, they tell me to email support, who then tell me to go back to the chat. I've asked to have my account deleted, but this runaround has been happening for months 🤯 🤯 🤯 I'm client from France
N26, 2500Euros stolen from my account and your only response - it's not our problem: it was made with Google Pay. There are zero transactions in my Google Pay, covering a span of 12 years. Managers don't taKe calls, customer support is only good for wasting customer time. 4 months and no response to my requests for evidence, and no response for numerous requests for help in securing my account. ZERO. A serious breach of security is entirely ignored and then, victim blamed. Consumers beware of this company, unless you enjoy escalating issues liKe this over months, with Police and Financial Consumer Protection Agencies.
127 days since N26 closed my account for no reasons or warnings and kept my money to themselves
Please contact me to help resolve the 1900 euros illegally taken from my account. N26 is not responding and not helping. This lack of safety, security and customer obsession is upsetting and concerning.
