Today marks a very important day for us and we are very pleased to officially welcome Validus Capital, one of Singapore’s largest digital lending platforms for SMEs, to the GXS Bank family. This is  a remarkable milestone for GXS Bank. Not only is it the first acquisition of a local fintech company by a homegrown digital bank, it is also a strategic move to enhance our Business Banking reach and serve SMEs in the region across all stages of growth. Today’s landmark transaction underscores the growth and strength of GXS Bank. We’ve made tremendous progress as a Bank Group. We have an extensive regional presence with our digital bank offerings available in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Our suite of retail products meet the basic banking needs of most consumers. With the acquisition of Validus Capital, we are now able to serve SMEs across all growth stages and help them unlock cash flow to tap investment opportunities. We have built a team with passionate leaders and talented people across our three markets. Every member of the GXS Bank team contributes greatly to fulfil our ambition of becoming the digital bank of Southeast Asia.
