A principled stance, that sadly comes after a profoundly unprincipled stance when it came to training on creatives' data.
This reads like a historical letter: clear, urgent, and difficult to dismiss. I agree if AI enables mass domestic surveillance, then freedom of speech becomes theoretical. We cannot drift away from the Founding Fathers’ first principles or the U.S. Constitution. Red lines must be set through legitimate governance and enforced with real oversight.
