Students complete a course and expect a certificate. Manually issuing them does not scale. MoodleConnect automates certificate issuance: → Cross-course programs: final course completed → certificate issued instantly → Compliance: issue certificates and log completions to Google Sheets for audit trails → Assessment-based: issue certificates based on quiz results, not only course completion → Event-based: issue on enrollment, completion, or paired with a badge award → Multi-action workflows: certificate + message + next-course enrollment, all from one event Certificates are generated through Custom Certificate and appear in the learner profile as usual. If the learner already has it, the action is skipped. Link in comments.

FAQ: Can teachers use TSP without training? 🤓 Yes - absolutely. TSP is built with simplicity at its core. Teachers don’t need IT expertise or advanced technical skills to navigate the system with confidence. With TSP, educators can easily 👇 📌 access their portals. 📌 Upload assessments and resources. 📌 Communicate with students and parents. 📌 Manage day-to-day tasks - effortlessly. A short onboarding session is usually all that’s needed. After that, the platform feels natural, intuitive and built to support teaching, not complicate it. We've used and shared Troy Magennis's stuff at SEP for years. His tools and thinking fundamentally changed how we communicate with our clients when it comes to timelines and cost. When you're a software product design and development company working with large enterprises, the conversation about "when will it be done?" comes up constantly. Before adopting Troy's probabilistic forecasting approach, those conversations were not easy and sometimes painful. Teams debating/waffling over story point estimates, clients wanting to run different staffing and scoping scenarios, and everyone pretending we had more certainty than we did. Troy's approach flipped that. Instead of false precision, we started having honest conversations grounded in data: "Based on your team's historical throughput, here's the range of likely outcomes." Clients didn't just "like" the probabilistic framing, they preferred it. It turns out that leadership teams making investment decisions would rather have a calibrated range they can trust than a single number that's almost certainly wrong. We started being able to talk about what future uncertainty looks like, where most of it lies, and how to reduce/mitigate the risks associated with it. If you're still estimating work by trying to size individual items (story points, t-shirt sizes, relative sizing, etc.), stop. I invite you to change your approach and consider forecasting using Troy's tools. And now that he's moved these from spreadsheets to the web... It's even easier to get started. Go check out the Throughput Forecaster and Team Dashboard especially. Reach out if you have questions... Happy to share our experiences with the tools and training.
What do you do when you have 3 hours left for a GitHub Co-Pilot subscription, and you are ONLY at 45% usage for the month? You set Opus and Codex the job to take an entire GitHub repo of spreadsheets and recreate online versions of them. If you have used my forecasting and team dashboard spreadsheets, you are going to love the new https://lnkd.in/gU5-bP8k website. Throughput Forecaster: A Monte Carlo forecasting tool using estimates or historical team data; Find out how long a batch of work will likely take. Multiple Feature Forecaster: Find out "how much" of a project will likely be delivered by a target date Team Dashboard: A 6-way balanced performance scorecard for a team that only needs historical Start and Finish work item dates Team Skills - A way to identify where the skill set risk is within an organization. Latent Defect Estimation: A way to determine how many undiscovered. defects are in a project. Plenty more - Kanban Simulator and Scrum Simulator if you are "very keen" (this uses a custom language that few know - great for doing deep research on flow) I'm rewriting and updating my training as well.

If you're looking for a way to take a large body of work and estimate completion based on real data, this is what you're looking for! I've used Troy & Focused Objective LLC's forecasting tool for years to do forecasting with large software projects. Really excited to see this on the web! Thanks for building & sharing this Troy! I've found it really valuable. And thanks to SEP for bringing Troy in to present on this (many years ago!).

WHAT OUR BATCH 11, LEARNT IN THEIR 4TH LIVE SESSION LAST SATURDAY ✅ During our fourth live session, Batch 11 students completed Week 4 lessons focused on Lookups, What If Analysis, and Reference styles in Excel. ✅Beyond learning the tools, the session emphasized practical workplace and business applications, helping students understand how these features are used in real scenarios. ✅As part of every training session, students also participated in a live question and answer segment where they spoke directly with the lead trainer and received immediate clarification. Each session is recorded, allowing participants who miss the live class to catch up through the replay without falling behind. It was another productive learning session for Batch 11. Batch 12 enrollment is currently open. Classes begin April 20, 2026. Installment payment is available for those who start early. Read about the installment payment option here https://lnkd.in/dihn2A6S

How training companies slash admin time. Certificates go out on autopilot. Manual requests still sorted in seconds. Admin chaos hurts you. Late certificates annoy learners. Revenue leaks through wasted hours. Here is the simple fix you can copy: • Close the course. The platform reads learner name, dates, and unique number. It builds the PDF and emails it to the learners. Zero clicks from you. • Learner loses a certificate. Right click the delegate record. Pick the template and format. Send or download. Done in under twenty seconds. The result: Consistent branding. Fewer errors. Time back for work that grows profit. Message me with the word CERT to get the full workflow.
