In my first participation in the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U)'s Conference on Global #Learning, I had several conversations about topics I'm really passionate about: #Global_Education and #International_Collaboration. I also presented our work on two initiatives at Virginia Tech: 1. The VESA kit (using technology to support #Virtual_Exchange and #Study_Abroad programs) 2. International collaboration through a project-based #Computer_Science course (#Software_Engineering in a Global Context) Lots of interesting ideas and thoughts have been shared, showing that #AACUGLOBAL is an important venue for advocates and practitioners of international education.

As a 4th-year mechatronics engineering student, I was unsure about what to do with my life after graduation. Joining the ICCP (Innovative Competence and Career Program) changed everything for me. Before ICCP: - I had a passion for mechatronics but felt lost about my career path after university. - Networking felt intimidating, and I didn’t know where to start. - My resume lacked the polish and appeal needed to stand out to potential employers. After ICCP: - I gained hands-on experience through internships and real-world projects that clarified my career direction. - The ICCP so far has aided in transforming my professional journey by optimizing my LinkedIn presence, enhancing my strategic networking skills, and mastering personal branding. - With the help of personalized career coaching, my resume and interview skills improved dramatically, making me a strong candidate in the job market. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve successfully completed Module 1 of my Master in Digital Transformation at IE University! It’s been an intense yet rewarding journey, balancing work and study, pushing my limits, and embracing every challenge along the way. Managing my time between professional responsibilities and academic commitments was no easy feat each day felt like a puzzle, fitting together deadlines, discussions, and deep dives into complex topics. But the growth, insights, and skills I’ve gained have been worth every late night and every early morning. The rating can be used to refine an institution's performance strategy and promote the university globally. Universidad Fidélitas received a four-star overall rating with multiple five-star ratings in the key categories that underpin the rating. We spoke to them about their audit experience, and explored how QS Stars has helped them achieve institutional objectives.
