Hi there, I'm Raz from Just Mad and welcome to the research Planner blueprint. If conducting research is an important part of your work and you're looking to bring structure of clarity and better collaboration to every stage of your research process, you're in the right place. I'm going to give you a quick tour of this blueprint, which is organized as a workflow. If you look here on the left hand side, you're going to see we always start off with the planning phase, which has two big components, the research alignment workshop. This is an activity that you run with your team to align on goals. Research methods and also assign responsibilities. And next you have a research timeline. This is where you add tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines effectively. Next up, you're going to notice we have dedicated sections for each type of research method, direct interviews, surveys, and competitor research. These are all supercharged by Nero's AI capabilities to help you move even faster. And of course, feel free to expand them with other research methods that make sense for you. And right here at the end, we have the summary section. This is where your team. Works together to gather findings, draw insights, and even create something like an executive summary that you can resent to stakeholders. Keep in mind that every section includes builtin talk tracks with step-by-step guides on how to maximize that particular area, so make sure to check that out. And I think that's pretty much it for this walkthrough. I truly hope this blueprint can bring structure to your research projects. I thank you so much and I wish you happy you're researching. Have a good day, bye.
