He has worked in highly regarded kitchens and private clubs, served as a personal chef to notable individuals, and has opened and developed concepts across the U.S. and internationally. He also teaches in a high school culinary program and has experience running his own catering and consulting business. His deep industry relationships, real-world operational expertise, and passion for developing talent make him a natural fit for this role.
