Policies around AI should evolve to fit the needs of the moment. One organization matured its AI use case inventory not by doing significantly more AI, but because ongoing conversations created a culture around AI governance. Regardless of shifting priorities, it's key to avoid halting progress. A useful mantra: "Great is the enemy of good, and perfection is the enemy of progress."
