Back in 2017, we started FactoryFix with a simple belief. Manufacturing companies deserved better recruiting tools. Eight years later, after thousands of conversations with customers about their real pain points, we've built something we're genuinely proud of. Our network has grown to over 10 million skilled trades professionals. But size alone doesn't solve the problem. What matters is whether companies can actually find, engage, and hire the people they need without burning through budgets or exhausting their teams. This year, we made serious progress on that front. We deployed automated outbound sourcing, reusable AI recruiter profiles, company knowledge integration, better message management, enhanced ATS integrations, and automated interview scheduling. Each one came from real customer feedback about visibility, access, and process challenges that were costing them time, money, and good hires. And here's the thing. We still feel like we're just getting started. I can't imagine what this looks like on 12/29/26. In 2026, we're staying focused on the same problems. We're investing heavily in growing the network and enriching it with job updates, deeper context, and better ways to connect employers with professionals who are actually open to new opportunities. Thanks to the customers, partners, and team members who made valuable contributions to our 2025 story. Looking forward to what we build together next year. 🥂
