Growth doesn’t break them. It accelerates them. Mission matters. But infrastructure is what makes it real.

Most nonprofits don't need more software. They need to know which workflows are broken and in what order to fix them. New tools on top of broken processes just automate the chaos. https://lnkd.in/g8FCYjBG

Dallas has one of the most active nonprofit ecosystems in the country. Thousands of organizations working on education, housing, legal access, food security, workforce development, and youth mentorship. Most of them are under-resourced in technology. Not because they don’t want better tools. Because enterprise software isn’t built for a five-person team with a $50K operating budget. That’s the gap we’re trying to fill. Our Community Tech builds custom technology for organizations that can’t afford — and don’t need — Salesforce. What they need is a system that works for their actual workflow, with their actual team, at their actual scale. If you serve the Dallas community and technology is your bottleneck, we’d love to talk. #DallasNonprofits #TechForGood #CommunityTech #SocialImpact #DFW

Many nonprofits feel like they’re stuck choosing between two extremes when it comes to software. ✅ Simple, low‑cost tools Affordable and easy to adopt, but they quickly hit their limits as organisations grow. ✅ Large, enterprise‑level systems Powerful, but expensive, complex, and often built for organisations with very different resources. And nothing in between. This is what we call the awkward middle. So what’s the way forward? The nonprofits that move past this stage don’t do it by leaping into a bigger system. They do it by changing how they think about their systems altogether. Instead of a massive overhaul, they take a series of intentional, manageable steps over time. We explain the awkward middle (and the way out) here 👉 https://lnkd.in/gYZ7QreB
