So many firsts at Transform this week; my first time attending, my first startup launch as Kelley Steven-Waiss and I unveiled Novaworks, Inc., and my first time showing up as a Chief Product Officer. What I was touched by was how supported I felt. I was so grateful for the incredible community around me. A special thank you Stacey Harris, Kyle Lagunas, AJ Thomas ⚡️, Jason Corsello, and Shelly Morales for making this launch even more special. The energy from fellow startups was infectious, the advice from VCs was invaluable, and the highlight of my trip was an intimate CHRO event with Athena Alliance and MoralesHR where we heard female board members of major corporations share their journeys, challenges, and wisdom. It was deeply insightful. Feeling inspired and ready to GO. 🚀
