Interesting take on the labor market. In my opinion despite the limited supply of roles the candidates are seeking clarification on fit more than ever. For companies this provides the opportunity to show a competitive advantage by being transparent during the hiring process however; the transparency and perceived differentiations should be true as overselling to a candidate and under delivering once on board does neither the person or the company any good.
