At McCarthy, we don’t just build structures — we build futures👷♂️👷♀️ Our Northern Pacific Region Partnership for Women committee recently welcomed middle and high school students to McCarthy’s Solutions Center in Woodland, Calif. for a hands-on day of learning, building and career exploration in construction. With support from McCarthy team members and our incredible trade partners, 40 students from 22 schools rotated through interactive stations focused on concrete, electrical work, sheet metal, framing and power tools — gaining practical exposure, new confidence and a stronger understanding of what safety-first really means on a jobsite.
