I’m still reflecting on the energy, connection, and inspiration from this week’s Generation W Impact experience. There’s something truly special about Generation W and the way it brings people together, creates space for meaningful conversations, and reminds us of the power we each have to lead, uplift, and make a difference. What stood out most to me were the connections. The conversations that didn’t feel surface-level, but instead grounded in purpose, vulnerability, and possibility. Moments that remind you why community matters. I also left feeling deeply inspired by the stories shared, the resilience in the room, and the collective commitment to growing, leading, and lifting others as we rise. And I couldn’t be more proud to be part of FIS, whose sponsorship of the live stream made it possible for people around the world to experience the magic of Gen W, and hear wise words from my friend Sherry Levin during her workshop based on her new book “Pre-game: A Winning Mindset”.
