If people spent half as much time on their writing briefs as they do trying to 'catch' writers using AI to write, every writer-for-hire on the planet would throw a party to celebrate. #RedDoorInk #writing #AI
Hahaha it’s funny. I think people see a trending topic and suddenly that’s all everyone talks about for a while. As a past manager of mine used to say: “worry about yourself”.
YES, Mandy Collins! A vague brief handed to a human writer is always going to produce vague work. You spend time going back'n'forth over a brief with gaping holes in it, asking the relevant questions to make it solid. And now AI has just made the gap between input quality and output quality harder to ignore.
Agree. Did a masterclass for a PR & Comms agency and I spent some time on writing briefs because I have received many vague briefs and been frustrated when I am told the writing doesn't meet the brief :-)
I agree. It can be so aggravating at times.
What is this brief you speak of, Mandy Collins
Amen.
haha...and if they would spent more time on their briefs it would be easier for us to effectively use our AI agents as supplements, proof readers and 'read teamers' of our writing 🙃
