If you want to speed up the job hunting process and start landing offers fast, follow this 30-day blueprint. I have seen my clients go from years of unemployment to getting multiple offers in just one month by making these shifts. Week 1: Clarity Build your clarity statement by answering these questions: 1. What role are you going for? 2. What industry or company type? 3. What value do you bring that matches that role? If you are having a hard time narrowing it down right now, that is one of the major reasons why you are not landing interviews. Swipe to learn more and all the important steps in weeks 2-4. P.S. If you want to develop the skills to help land more job offers, join my free Job Shopping Class. I will link it in the comments!

Great in concept. But, there is almost always a gap - at times a very large gap - between weeks 2 and 3, and between 3 and 4! I don't personally know of anyone who started their networking, contacts, etc...one week, and had an interview (let alone multiple) the very next week. And then to state in week 4 that you should coordinate interviews to gain leverage? Again, nice in concept, but I believe 95% or more will find the timeframe completely unrealistic.

The clarity piece in Week 1 is the most underrated step. Most job seekers skip it and wonder why they're getting interviews for roles they don't actually want. Knowing the specific role, industry, and value prop you're selling before you write a single word of your resume changes everything downstream.

That clarity statement is EVERYTHING. It makes your resume, networking, AND interviews easier.

If you're clear about how your experience solves the job's problems, it's easy to communicate them to strangers (recruiters and hiring managers).

Many candidates overlook defining their unique value, which is critical for standing out.

Madeline Mann This is the shift most job seekers miss, your resume isn’t about listing everything you’ve done, it’s about clearly proving you’re the right fit for that specific role.

Clarity really is everything, so many get stuck just because they haven’t figured out exactly what they want. Love how simple and practical this is!

The biggest mistake in my experience as a coach: people applying for everything and anything without taking a minute to ask themselves: what is the right job for me?
