There are 3 types of emails you should stop handling immediately: 1️��� Calendar confirmations — “See you Tuesday at 3 PM.” These can be automated or handled by a VA. You only need to see the final confirmed schedule. 2️⃣ Customer service requests — password resets, invoices, receipts, FAQs. These belong in a support system, not on your desk. 3️⃣ Forwards + routing emails — “Please send this to ___.” Let your VA direct traffic so you’re not stuck as the middleman.
