We have advised the lenders to international private equity firm Advent in relation to the financing to support its acquisition of the Aerospace and Defense business of Coherent Corp. Coherent’s Aerospace and Defense designs and manufactures optical and laser systems for aerospace and defense applications – with the business including approximately 550 employees and 11 geographic sites.
