Linda Raynier CPA, CA the structure point is the one most miss. Quiet professionals don't lack content. They lack a vessel. Humility was the structure they inherited. Silence rewarded at home, silence rewarded at work, until one day silence costs them the role they earned three times over. For a lot of us raised in immigrant households, invisibility was not a strategy. I It was survival. Visibility had to be unlearned and relearned in adulthood, usually mid-career, usually after watching someone less competent get the seat. Your work gives that recovery a path.
