Dear Blinkit Team, I am writing this email out of sheer frustration and disappointment. I had ordered two avocados, and to my surprise, both were completely raw and inedible. This is absolutely unacceptable from a platform that promises quality and convenience. I immediately requested a replacement or refund, and your team initially agreed to a replacement. However, without any explanation or intimation, the replacement request was suddenly cancelled. I have no idea why this was done, and what’s worse – there is no point of contact, no executive, no support where I can speak to someone directly to resolve this. This kind of poor handling and lack of transparency is extremely disappointing. I trusted Blinkit for timely and quality service, and this experience has been nothing short of frustrating. If there is no accountability for such basic issues, why should customers continue trusting your platform? I expect a clear explanation and a resolution at the earliest. Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
