🇬🇧 Last week in London, we hosted our 2nd EMEA Customer Advisory Board, and one message came through loud and clear: The most valuable insights weren’t about how EMEA customers differ from their North American peers. They were about where their challenges overlap. It’s a helpful reminder: when product and marketing teams are working with limited resources (as most are), the best ROI often comes from solving the shared problems... the ones that transcend region, segment, or title.
