What. An. Event. 🎉✨ Connect Reply hosted an inaugural think-tank event at the Goodwood Hotel, 3 days of powerhouse C-suites, sharp ideas, and yes… plenty of fun 😎. Here’s the big takeaway 👉 The difference isn’t in tech. It’s in solutioning. There’s too much “plug & play” thinking out there. But AI + human process change isn’t a universal template. To be effective, it has to be adapted to your business model, layered like a cake 🍰: Strategy : outcomes first, not tools Workstreams : humans + AI redesigned, not bolted on Cognitive layer : copilots where they actually add leverage Data : clean in → insights out (no shortcuts) Coaching : every interaction stays empathetic + brand-right Ops : evolve, don’t “set & forget” Get one wrong and it wobbles. Get them aligned, and you scale. 🙌 Massive thanks to our friends, because that’s really who you are to us ... from those who took hours to drive and others who flew in from across the world, thank you.
