Ever notice that tiny inner voice that talks you OUT of the bold thing? “Wait until you’re more ready.” “Don’t mess this up.” “Now’s not the time.” It sounds reasonable…but then good ideas never leave your head. This week on Coffee With Kim, I’m sitting down with Dr Margie Warrell, a courage and resilience expert who’s spent 30+ years advising leaders under pressure (from NASA to Google to U.S. Special Operations! AKA she know’s her stuff!) And what I love about her approach? It’s not hype. It’s practical. I don’t want the fluff I want the, “Ok Kim first do this, then this, and finally that!” We’re digging into how to: 👉 Take action before you feel fully ready 👉 Use missteps as feedback, not proof you’re not cut out for it 👉 Make values-driven decisions and build confidence through discomfort ✨ Try this today: The next time that little voice pops up, ask yourself: "What would I do if I trusted myself just 10% more?” Then take one small step in that direction. Because courage isn’t one big leap. It’s a series of smaller decisions to move forward anyway. 🔴 Join us live to ask your questions and jump into the conversation 🎧 Prefer audio? Subscribe to Coffee With Kim wherever you get your podcasts I’m curious…what’s something you’ve been putting off because you don’t feel “ready” yet?r

"Because courage isn't one big leap It's a series of smaller decisions to move forward anyway" - AMEN to this 🙌❤️ I'm honestly extremely excited about this live and to dive in into this topic that i feel really close to ❤️ Because when we have a goal, it's easy to say, "Maybe this isn't the moment to do that.. i'll do this when.." - but the reality, it's that we'll never be fully ready, we have to just have courage, and follow what our guts says it's right. We have to take every single day an action that puts us close to what we want to achieve, learn from every missteps and build our confidence during the whole process, trusting the timing of it all ❤️ Tiny Habits repeated every day lead to huge changes 🔥❤️ Something i've been putting off because i don't feel ready yet? Maybe the creation of that podcast i always talked about? 🤔

Years ago, Verizon instituted a program that included "brave conversations" that allowed first level managers to have meaningful discussions with senior executives. The best of them actually listened and acted upon the best ideas, and there was a shift in the organization and new products. I am looking forward to this one, and encourage senior leadership to be here! Cheers.
