Kheil McIntyre’s Post

Great to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones at #ASUGSVSummit—three days last week filled with conversations that felt both energizing and urgent. One theme kept surfacing across nearly every discussion: how do we accelerate our ability to create relevant learning—fast enough to keep up with the pace of change in an AI-driven world? Not just for new entrants to the workforce, but for existing workers who need to continuously reskill in real time. What stood out to me: • The bottleneck is no longer access to content—it’s the speed and relevance of that content. Traditional models for building curriculum simply can’t keep pace with how quickly skills are evolving. • We’re seeing a real shift from static pathways to more agile, personalized learning—delivered in the flow of work or on a learner’s own time, based on their goals and circumstances. • This has implications beyond education—it’s forcing a rethink of hiring, skilling, and advancement models. The systems around learning need to evolve just as quickly as the content itself. Personally, the highlight was the time spent with leaders across the ecosystem—from higher ed and workforce innovation to enterprise learning and technology—including Colin Coggins, Lydia Logan, Natalia Broitman, Todd Minor, Kim Majerus, Brett Nungesser, Susan Winslow, Shravan Goli, Jonathan Heyne, Natalie Van Kleef, Maria Salvat, Chris Mancini, SHONDA GIBSON, Kimberly Rynearson, Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, Karine Allouche Salanon (she, her), Byron Auguste, Brad Batesole, Michael A. Campbell, Ed.D. and Brent White Grateful for the candor in these conversations—and the shared focus on turning urgency into action. More to come in the weeks and months ahead.

Loved connecting! Thanks for keeping me company during our airport adventure.
