In sales hiring, it’s easy to mistake confidence for capability, especially when candidates are great communicators. The real skill isn’t just asking the right questions. It’s knowing when an answer actually tells you something. That’s how you cut through the pitch and spot the people who really deliver. #Sales #HiringManagers #Recruitment #Process

🎤 If Candidates Were Honest in Interviews… Instead of: “I’m a perfectionist.” They’d say, “I hate rework, so I get it right the first time.” Instead of: “I love challenges.” They’d say, “I can figure things out when everything goes wrong.” Instead of: “I’m a team player.” They’d say, “I’ll cover for my teammates when needed—but I expect the same.” Honestly? Interviews would be much shorter—and way more fun. 😅 #HumanResources #RecruitmentHumor #TalentAcquisition #InterviewTips #HRLife

We tell candidates to prep for interviews…but hiring teams? Not so much. Too many interviews start cold - no plan, no connection, no sense of why your company is a place they could grow and belong. Take a few minutes. Review the candidate. Plan questions. Help them picture themselves thriving on your team. It’s not just their interview. It’s yours too. Are you leaving a strong impression? #Hiring #InterviewTips #CandidateExperience #nhtechstaffing

I see candidates struggling to ask questions during interviews when they are given a chance to ask questions because they think it is Mandatory to do so. Asking questions "could be" a Plus but not asking would not be a Minus at all . It is better to close the interview thanking the interviewers rather than asking something obvious nonsense . #Humanresources #Recruitment #Interviewexperience

Let’s talk about interview questions that actually make an impact. When I coach candidates, I always recommend bringing at least one comparative question to every interview. Not the typical “Where do you see the company in five years?”, but something that connects your experience to theirs. It’s as simple as: “In my last position, we handled X this way. How is it approached here?” That one question can shift the entire tone of the interview. It moves you from candidate to collaborator, someone who understands the work, not just the title. - #interviewstrategy #careercoaching #jobseekers #recruitmentadvice #legalrecruiting #palmcoaststaffing
