Rise and Storyline courses are BOTH instantly recognizable. As is every other authoring tool out there. None of them should be judged based on how obvious the tool was to someone reviewing the course I see rhetoric that Rise is instantly recognizable a lot and should thus be considered "less good" than other choices, like Storyline or Captivate. ➡ But, I really don't understand the logic. Wendy's is an instantly recognizable restaurant but does that inherently make it better than McDonald's? ✅ Use the tool that best suits the project and don't let anyone make you feel bad for building training in what you want to create it in. 9moRise has its purposes -just like storyline and captivate -but its biggest problem is it lacks engagement and isn’t the best for every course. Using it cause it’s easier and quicker doesn’t mean it’s making effective courses. Love it for Facilitator and Participant guides but not for real self-paced courses. Just my opinion on the tool based on my own experience and learner feedback.
