When AI and workflows come together on a trusted foundation, real transformation follows. I have enjoyed hearing about how ServiceNow is scaling its AI platform globally on Microsoft Azure. They brought together trust, security, and performance to help their customers simplify how work gets done. As ServiceNow continues growing its AI‑powered solutions, Azure provides that secure foundation needed to support clients across the Americas. What stands out to me is the shared focus on outcomes. By running on Azure and leveraging Microsoft Marketplace, ServiceNow is able to move faster, reduce friction for customers, and deliver AI innovations that improve productivity across the enterprise. This is a great example of how strong platforms and partnerships help turn ambition into impact. Stories like these highlight why we continue to invest in helping customers build with confidence. Enterprises are moving past AI pilots. The bar is rising as Azure scale is entering a new phase. Speed-to-value matters, but it only counts when paired with guardrails for identity, data, and risk. That’s why Simform is strengthening its Microsoft partnership with a $3M investment to scale our Microsoft practice, with a focus on: - Scaling Cloud and AI engineering on Microsoft Azure - Accelerating time-to-value through IP and solution accelerators - Deepening collaboration through co-sell and GTM programs At Microsoft Ignite 2025, Microsoft’s shift toward the "agentic" enterprise highlighted a few consistent requirements for teams building on Azure: - End-to-end AI lifecycle tooling - Centralized agent management and observability - Security-first AI practices, with governance becoming foundational to AI scale On the capability side, Simform currently holds Microsoft Solutions Partner designations across Digital and App Innovation, Data and AI, Infrastructure, and Security, along with 9 Advanced Specializations and 325+ certifications, with a goal to double that by the end of the next fiscal year. We have also been recognized as a Microsoft Fabric Featured Partner for building unified, AI-ready data estates aligned with Microsoft’s analytics priorities. We’ve also met the qualification requirements for the Azure Expert MSP and are targeting March 2026 after the scheduled audit. Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Ready (GEAR) program isn’t just about teaching developers how to build agents. It’s about helping companies move from AI experiments to systems that actually run in production. Here’s the thing, most enterprises don’t struggle with ideas. They struggle with execution. Plenty of AI pilots look promising, very few make it all the way into real workflows. The problem usually isn’t the model. It’s integration, orchestration, security, monitoring, and governance. GEAR is clearly focused on closing that gap. Building agents properly. Integrating them into Gemini Enterprise. Deploying them in real business environments. And this points to a bigger shift. The competition between Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce, and OpenAI isn’t just about who has the best model anymore. It’s about who owns the full agent stack, from development to deployment. What this really means is simple: the agent layer is becoming infrastructure. If you’re leading AI inside an organization, the real questions aren’t flashy. They’re practical: Can we avoid vendor lock-in? Can we monitor and control these agents? Can we keep them secure and compliant? Can we maintain them long term? At hytGenX, we design agent systems with portability and governance in mind. Skills matter. Platforms matter. But architecture matters most. #AIAgents #CloudAI #hytGenX

Simform is strengthening its Microsoft partnership with a $3 million strategic investment aimed at scaling Cloud & AI engineering, accelerating time-to-value through IP & accelerators, and deepening collaboration, co-selling, and GTM programs. Enterprises are moving past AI pilots, and the bar for execution is rising. Speed-to-value matters, but it only counts when paired with guardrails for identity, data, and risk. That’s why Simform is taking this step. To support this, our Lab and Innovation team has built platform accelerators like: - NeuVantage: AI-powered app modernization - TrueMorph: AI-powered data platform modernization - Data360, MedNoteDx, and 10+ other accelerators across key industries We are building repeatable, accelerator-led delivery across infrastructure, applications, data, and AI so Azure initiatives can move beyond experimentation and scale with confidence. So, now our clients can experience faster modernization using platform accelerators, clearer execution across infrastructure, applications, data, and AI, with less delivery friction. All their Azure initiatives will scale with governance, observability, and security-first practices in place. Pilots are everywhere. Production-grade AI is not. This milestone strengthens our ability to help enterprises scale Cloud & AI on Azure with structure, security, and real business impact. Glad to be part of Simform ‘s expanded Microsoft collaboration, building structured acceleration on Azure. 💯
Director of Sales | AI, Cloud & Product Engineering Services | Helping Enterprises Build Scalable Digital Products
Big milestone for us at Simform and an even bigger opportunity for the enterprises we partner with. We’re deepening our collaboration with Microsoft through a $3M investment focused on scaling Cloud and AI engineering on Azure, while accelerating time-to-value through proprietary IP and solution accelerators. At #MicrosoftIgnite2025, one theme came through loud and clear: speed matters, but not without structure. Leaders are pushing for rapid AI and cloud adoption with the right guardrails around identity, governance, data security, observability, and risk. Innovation, yes. Chaos, no. This investment positions Simform to help organizations move from pilots to production with confidence. What this means for our clients: • Expanded delivery capacity to scale AI and cloud programs beyond experimentation • Faster time-to-value through repeatable accelerators and engineered IP • Strong alignment with Microsoft’s Cloud and AI roadmap with disciplined execution across platform, data, security, and infrastructure domains This also builds on our standing as a Microsoft Solutions Partner across Digital & App Innovation, Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Security backed by 9 Advanced Specializations and 325+ certifications (with a clear roadmap to double that by next fiscal year). We’re also proud to be recognized as a Microsoft Fabric featured partner. The focus is simple: help enterprises move fast, stay secure, and create durable competitive advantage on Azure without reinventing the wheel every time. Looking forward to connecting with leaders driving Cloud and AI transformation in 2026 and beyond. Microsoft Azure #MSPartner Microsoft Cloud #MicrosoftPartner Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program

Microsoft AI Chip - What It Really Means for Businesses 🤖 Microsoft building its own AI chip is not about hardware. It’s about strategy. Recently, Microsoft announced its own AI chip - and for businesses using the Microsoft ecosystem, this is a much bigger signal than it might seem at first glance. From a business perspective, this means: 🔹 Cost control Owning the AI infrastructure allows Microsoft to optimize and stabilize cloud costs instead of relying fully on external hardware vendors. 🔹 Predictability For companies running AI workloads on Azure, predictability matters more than raw power - predictable performance, predictable pricing, predictable scaling. 🔹 Long-term AI strategy This is not a short-term trend. It shows Microsoft’s commitment to building AI as a core part of its platform - deeply integrated into Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot. 🔹 Trust for enterprise customers Enterprises don’t want experiments. They want stability, governance, and a clear roadmap. Microsoft investing at the infrastructure level sends exactly that message. As a Sales Manager working with Microsoft solutions, I see this as a strong signal for companies planning their AI and digital transformation strategy for the next 3–5 years. AI is no longer a “nice to have” - it’s becoming a managed, predictable business capability. How important is AI cost predictability for your organization today?
