One of the best parts of #ATD2026 was simple: the people. The sessions were great. The ideas were strong. Still, the real highlight was reconnecting with so many thoughtful leaders across learning and development. There’s something special about being in the room with people who care deeply about the future of the field and the humans at the center of it.
