Buses, trains, and now planes. Turns out, I just really like moving people! In the coming weeks, I'll be joining easyJet as Director of Technology - Airline Operations. It's a business where technology sits right at the heart of the operation: safety-critical, large-scale, and central to the experience of millions of customers and thousands of colleagues every day. What excites me most is simple: great technology and live insights in the hands of the people who run the operation. When the teams on the ground and in the air have tools they can trust, and the whole operation is connected from the flight deck to engineering, every journey gets smoother, safer and more resilient, especially when things don't go to plan.
