Today I worked on a user login issue in Azure. User couldn’t access company applications even though password was correct. After checking: • Account not locked • Password recently reset • License assigned properly Actual cause: MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) registration was incomplete, so Azure AD kept blocking authentication silently. Fix: ✔ Re-registered MFA ✔ Cleared old sessions ✔ Forced re-authentication User was able to access all apps immediately. Cloud issues are not always server problems — sometimes identity configuration decides everything.
