Last week, we brought our global Finance team together for our bi-annual Summit. It was a week spent building clarity around our priorities, thinking boldly, and strengthening the connections that ultimately drive our impact. It also made for a particularly meaningful moment for me, stepping into the CFO role at LinkedIn. There’s no better way to start than being surrounded by a team that is deeply committed to the business, to each other, and to continuously raising the bar on how we operate and lead. What stood out most was the energy and curiosity across the team, and a shared mindset on the role finance plays in shaping the trajectory of the business. Thank you to everyone who made this week what it was, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead!
