Had an incredible time hosting Marti Spencer and Nicolette Occhifinto from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas for our Services Marketing capstone presentation. I had the pleasure of leading and presenting for our class alongside my teammates Connor Holmes and Erin Flanagan. This experience allowed me to work directly with a non-profit organization and take everything we learned this semester from customer journey maps to SERVQUAL and apply it directly to the invaluable service that the Ronald McDonald house in Greenville, SC provides. Huge thanks to everyone in the class who made this possible, and especially professor James Gaubert for facilitating this impactful real-world learning experience!
