A month ago, I shared the thinking behind Project ACT+ - the life I have consciously chosen after completing my full-time executive journey. I had ended that reflection with a promise: “I will soon share how these portfolios will take shape in practice.” Today, I am sharing that continuation. Over more than three decades in promoter-led enterprises, I have seen one enduring truth: Institutions are shaped not only by strategy, but by the quality of leadership alignment, governance maturity and culture. To give structured form to ACT+, I have established PRAXIS SPACE. Not as a new beginning. But as a disciplined continuation. Why Praxis Space “Praxis” originates from the Greek word meaning 'to do' or 'to practice'. For me, it represents the conscious movement from insight to action. It is about never allowing action to become automatic or unexamined, but always keeping it rooted in awareness and purpose. “Space” represents the environment that makes such action possible. A place where individuals, teams and families can pause, think clearly, align honestly and move forward responsibly. Praxis Space is where insight becomes action. Where reflection expands into clarity. Where clarity translates into responsible movement. The two widening lines in its mark symbolise this belief. When reflection is grounded, clarity expands. Praxis Space is where that action finds coherence. Through Praxis Space, my work will centre around: • Leadership Coach, partnering with individuals and organisations to strengthen clarity, judgement and effectiveness. • Family Business Advisor, working with promoter families on governance, alignment and stewardship across generations. • Enterprise & Culture Advisor, supporting organisations in culture building, enterprise growth, transformation and structured organisational interventions, including change management and capability building. • Teacher, curating and delivering thoughtfully designed courses, especially for Tier III and Tier IV institutions. • Alma Mater and Community Contributor, serving institutions and causes that shaped me, and where I can add meaningful value. • Actor, returning consciously to the craft of performance, exploring diverse roles and expressing the many characters of life in my own way. • Traveller and lifelong learner, exploring the world with curiosity and continuing to grow through experiences that expand understanding and perspective. I am not beginning something new. I am bringing together what has always mattered to me, and giving it a name that reflects both insight and movement.
