The people around you either help you row or quietly sink the boat. Anna Peterson shared a simple lesson her dad taught her years ago. Surround yourself with people you want good things for and who want good things for you. If someone is drilling holes instead of rowing, it's time to get out. And if you're the one causing the damage, you need to leave the boat. Founders obsess over strategy, growth plans, and revenue targets. But who you build with determines how far you actually go. Energy compounds. So does negativity. Take a hard look at your boat. 👉 Listen to the full episode: https://smpl.is/ah9p2 #OrangeWIP #HelloChaos #FounderStory #Entrepreneur

You don't just pay with money; you pay with your presence. If you are a dad building a business, the comparison loop is the most expensive trap you can fall into. You see someone else's highlight reel. You feel behind. You add more pressure, more hustle, and more stress to catch up. But the cost isn't just financial. You are paying with your attention. You are paying with your peace. And ultimately, you are paying with the time your family deserves. Stop listening to the noise. Today, I want to give you Three Voices to actually listen to if you want to scale without losing yourself. #BeABossDad #ComparisonTrap #MentalHealth #Focus #DadGuilt #BusinessGrowth #Entrepreneur #BusinessOwner

Fill your five buckets in the right order. Rescently I shared a part of this book “diary of a ceo” it has been helping shape my ideology about succeeding in the business field, as an entrepreneur, you not just only fill your five buckets, filling them in the right order. What you know What you do Who you know What you have What they think of you There are only two buckets that any professional earthquake can never empty- it can take away your network, resources, it can even impact your reputation but it can never remove your knowledge and it can never unlearn your skills. Applied knowledge is skill and the more you can expand and apply your knowledge, the more value you’ll create in the world. This value will be repaid in a growing network, abundant resources and a robust reputation. Make sure you fill your buckets in the right order. Today I am choosing to do same. Are you? #linkdelncommunity #motivation #ceomindset #mindsetshift

Discouragement can feel heavy. Especially now. In this conversation with Fran Strickland, we talked about what actually sustains founders through tough seasons. Two things stood out: 🔹 To thine own self be true 🔹 You always have a choice In crowded markets, it’s easy to copy voices that seem to be working. But long-term success requires your voice — not someone else’s. And when pressure hits financially, it’s tempting to say yes to everything. But Fran said something powerful: All money is not good money. The wrong client. The wrong partnership. The wrong opportunity. Those decisions can cost more than waiting for the right one. You don’t need everyone. You need alignment. 🎙 Watch now: https://zurl.co/c8uWg #rpowpodcast #relentlesspursuitofwinning #founders #entrepreneurship #faith #franstrickland

At some point, founders have to decide what their role actually is. David Sauers is clear about where he adds the most value. Not fixing emails. Not staying in the weeds. His job is to run the company, expand it, and protect the business from decisions that feel good in the moment but hurt long term growth. That shift from operator to leader is uncomfortable, but it's necessary if the business is going to scale. If you're still doing everything yourself, this is the reminder to step back and ask what your business really needs from you. 👉 Listen to the full episode: https://smpl.is/agi5f #OrangeWIP #HelloChaos #FounderStory #Entrepreneur
