Boosting Illustrator Portfolio for Right Clients

This title was summarized by AI from the post below.

Most illustrators I talk with in our consultation calls are actually good. Just genuinely good at what they do. But I often hear about the same problem they face – they’re not attracting the kind of clients they would want to work with. And very often, it’s not about their skill. It’s about how their work is presented and, more importantly, WHO their work is for. This tiny little thing changes everything! A portfolio isn’t just a place where your projects live. I wrote a newsletter about a portfolio strategy that attracts the *right* clients, not just *any* clients. If this is something you’ve been thinking about lately, I hope you find it useful. This all makes more sense to me! After realizing that I should make an illustration portfolio for the kind of clients I want, I know I need to make a big change. I have been struggling with my illustration portfolio lately. However, I think I have some kind of idea of what I want to make. I just need to know HOW to showcase what I want to make to the right clients. It's pretty much a balance, you know?

Now this is really helpful because I'm currently working on updating my portfolio! 😊
