You have not mentioned anywhere that refunds will not be processed even after ten days when the ticket was cancelled within five minutes of booking. I want to understand whether you genuinely believe you can retain customers’ money like this and still run your business smoothly. I don’t think that is how a legitimate business operates.

Worst experience with intercity. They lost my luggage on the road and now denying that I had any luggage. Raised issue multiple times but now they have clearly stopped responding. IntrCity stop this theft of people's belongings

Boycott IntrCity bus service. PNR: IC238630585220 Bus Number: UK-07-PA-7299 Bus Captain: Omprakash During our Vaishno Devi Katra trip, my family including 3 women and 2 small children was harassed despite reaching Kashmiri Gate on time. The driver used foul language, intimidated us, ignored calls, and even threatened my family. We were left stranded at Karnal Bypass late at night with kids. Absolutely shameful and unsafe service. No family should ever travel with such irresponsible and abusive staff.

Booking Details: PNRs: IC193368122321 & IC193364628687 (Total 4 Tickets) Contact Numbers: 7860985234 & 8418933958 Timeline of Events: 9:35 PM: I arrived at the Karnal Bypass pickup point, well ahead of the 9:55 PM deadline given by the operator. 9:35 PM – 9:54 PM: I made multiple calls to the operator to coordinate the pickup. 9:54 PM: The operator finally called me, but only to inform me that the bus had already departed—one minute before the scheduled time he had previously provided. The Issue: Despite my presence at the location for 20 minutes and my repeated attempts to call, the operator made no effort to locate me. It appears the operator intentionally avoided my calls and departed early to accommodate "off-book" passengers, a practice local sources suggest is common when passengers miss the initial boarding at Kashmiri Gate.
booked an IntrCity Volvo bus from Pune → Nagpur on 22 Jan 2026 (20:00). Booking ID: 9668495 | PNR: ICxxxx0693 Payment completed via UPI (Txn ID: 4875293866). ❌ Volvo service changed to a local / inferior bus without any prior information or consent ❌ Lower berth booked but upper berth forcefully allotted ❌ Bus configuration completely different from what was shown at the time of booking This is a clear case of misrepresentation and deficiency of service.
