IntrCity provided a deeply disappointing and insensitive customer experience. During our journey from Amritsar to Delhi on 21 February (PNR: IC214854633392, Bus No. NL-01-B-2625), the bus met with a severe accident near Sonipat causing serious injuries to passengers. My sister suffered a leg injury requiring stitches, and I suffered a spinal fracture with two months of complete bed rest advised. Our medical expenses reached around ₹4 lakhs, yet the company only provided ₹3,000 without any proper clarification. There was no timely support after the incident, and our luggage still remains missing. This reflects poor passenger care, lack of accountability, and unacceptable handling of a serious emergency. Extremely disappointing experience.
