Gary, why don't you tell us a little bit about the Silicon Valley model and how it applies to mining. They were just wrapped up the panel. Some great Silicon Valley investors in town where there's and really what we're not saying is mining should become like Silicon Valley. What we are saying is mining can move faster without breaking things. And some of that is around new mindsets, adopting different technologies and really challenging ourselves on, you know, if there is a risk, what do we need to do to reduce and mitigate that risk to help the overall development process.
