Here it is... Our second big feature release in a week! Assessment Analytics are now live in Blended Teaching 🎉 These new tools are designed to help you understand how your students are performing and where your teaching can have the biggest impact. Here’s what you’ll see: ✅ Overall stats like mean score, median, time spent, and score distribution ✅ Question-level data like item difficulty, discrimination index, and answer frequency How instructors are using it: 👀Spot confusing questions (e.g., when top students are missing the same one) 🧮 Refine tricky multiple-choice distractors 🎯 Focus class time on the topics students find hardest 📈 Track improvement over the semester No more guessing what’s working. Now you can see what's going on with the click of a button! Want to learn more? Higher education operates on fragmented data, often hindering genuine student success and administrative efficiency. Institutions invest heavily in disparate systems, yet struggle to connect critical information points effectively. This systemic disconnect is not just an inconvenience; it actively impedes proactive intervention and personalized learning paths. The recent Ellucian and Instructure partnership aims to tackle this head-on, promising streamlined data integration between their SIS and LMS platforms. This isn't merely about syncing names; it's about connecting student records with their learning environment more intelligently. The goal is to provide a unified view, reducing manual data transfer and potential errors. While a step forward, such partnerships raise a larger question about vendor-driven interoperability versus open standards. Will this integration truly break down silos or merely create a larger, more comfortable silo between two dominant players? Real systemic change requires a commitment to flexible, adaptable data flows, not just point-to-point connections. This move suggests an acknowledgment that fragmented systems are unsustainable in a data-driven world. But are institutions ready to fully embrace deeply integrated ecosystems, or will the historical comfort of isolated departmental solutions persist as a barrier? #HigherEdTech #Ellucian #Instructure #DataIntegration #EdTech #SystemicChange

Shared language unifies teams, guides decisions, and clarifies metrics. But when it comes to customer education, terms get messy. Education, training, enablement, and learning are all similar, but they’re not interchangeable. -Training = teaches a skill to a standard (repeatable, measurable). -Education = builds competency so people can apply skills in varied contexts. -Enablement = combines education with tools and processes to make outcomes possible. -Learning = internal, individual growth. Using these terms consistently isn’t just semantics: it drives scope, ownership, budgets, and measurable results. To learn more, check out our recent blog that breaks down these terms in more detail: https://lnkd.in/eAvT8FV4 #CustomerEducation #Enablement #Training #Learning #CustomerSuccess

L&D used to be about delivering training. Now it's about strategy, data analysis, marketing, experience design, performance consulting, and tech architecture—on top of actually building learning experiences. The profession has evolved faster than the resources to support it. Teams are stretched thin, budgets are tight, and the skill requirements keep expanding. We built inspAIre because something had to give. Not by asking L&D professionals to master seven different fields, but by building a platform that brings those capabilities together. Same quality. Better speed. Human-centered. Swipe through to see what modern L&D really requires (and how inspAIre is making it practical).
