I wonder how many HR personnel/Hiring Managers will look back and regret their decision not to have found the time to communicate more with applicants when AI takes over and automatically tells applicants 1) How many candidates applied for the job. 2) How many interviews were held. 3) Where the candidate placed in the selection. 4) How they could have improved. Instead of just sending the standard form letter, "We were overwhelmed with the interest and it made for a tough choice..." Candidates shouldn't have to ask for a follow-up. Just provide the answers at the outset and that would demonstrate 'continuous improvement'.
