After a ferociously fulfilling and joyous journey as CEO for Overseas Spinning Business of ABG (Aditya Birla Group), the time has come to turn the page. Leading a multicultural organisation with global footprint has been a privilege — one defined by purpose, growth, innovation and the opportunity to work alongside exceptional teams and partners across markets and cultures as diverse as Turkey to Tokyo, Africa to Argentina, Italy to Indonesia and USA to Europe. Together, we navigated complexity, built enduring value, and achieved outcomes I’m deeply proud of. As I return to India, I do so with gratitude for the experiences that shaped me, the relationships that will last well beyond the roles, and the lessons that only a global seat at the table could teach. Thank you to the incredible board, colleagues, partners, and teams worldwide who made this journey so rewarding. Thank you ABG, Thank you Teams! The adventure continues — just on a new path and with a new horizon. Will update soon!

Welcome back to Bharat Sir. Feeling so happy. I still remember with fondness the two stints when I worked with you. The first time as a CE in PepsiCo when you were TDM and I was your direct reportee in 2000 and again in 2015 when during the interview with Rajat Diwakar in Nourishco when I told him that I was very happy with my job in Unibic and did not want to change but when Rajat just mentioned that you were the heading Nourishco I immediately said Yes to the offer even after knowing that I would have to relocate from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
