🚀 Strengthening Anti-Fraud Collaboration in Asia: A New Era at FinTechOn Taiwan 2024 At FinTechOn 2024, held in the vibrant city of Taipei, a significant step was taken to combat the ever-evolving threat of scams. As the Chairperson of the Asia FinTech Alliance (AFA), I invited representatives from 14 Asian economies to come together and sign a memorandum of understanding aimed at enhancing anti-fraud collaboration. This initiative is crucial as scams become increasingly sophisticated, leveraging new technologies to deceive both individuals and organizations. The memorandum signifies more than a mere commitment; it embodies a proactive approach to addressing the challenges posed by contemporary fraudsters. As technology advances, so too must our strategies for safeguarding individuals and businesses must also evolve. Cross-border collaboration will be crucial in establishing a united front against these threats. As we move forward, let us celebrate this spirit of collaboration and work together to create a safer financial landscape for all. Together, we can make a meaningful difference! 💪✨ #FinTechOn2024 #AntiFraud #Collaboration #PublicAwareness #Innovation

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SCM) has added InstaForex and InstaTrade to its investor alert list for operating without the proper licenses in Malaysia. Both platforms, which fall under the InstaFintech Group, are accused of engaging in unauthorized capital market activities. 🛑 🔍 According to the SCM, these platforms are involved in securities dealings without the necessary authorization, posing a potential risk to investors. Other popular platforms, such as Axitrader, Admirals, HotForex, Binomo, PPNANCE, and the potential clone entity, Finex Trade Station, have also been flagged. The SCM continues its mission to protect investors from suspicious and unregulated schemes, urging the public to verify the legitimacy of any trading platforms before making financial commitments. #ForexNews #InvestmentAlert #RegulatoryWarning #InstaForex #InstaTrade #SCM #InvestorProtection #ForexTrading #StaySafe #TradingScams #MalaysiaRegulation
